Thank you, Steve and crew, at Pinkie’s BBQ for helping make my husband’s 50th birthday surprise party a success!
The 12 pounds of tri-tip was smoked & sliced to perfection. It was ready on time and still warm when we came to pick it up.
Also, thank you for the complimentary BBQ sauce, whose deliciousness reminds me of the sauce from the old Love’s Wood Pit Barbecue Restaurants where I used to mix the mild & hot sauces together as a kid.
P.S. I also appreciate that you use biodegradable containers.

We are so grateful to Pinkie's BBQ for the great food that made our party special. Our guests raved about the pulled pork, ribs, and turkey. Your homemade sauce, corn, and beans were a hit as well. Some of our party guests from Hollywood and the Westside will be returning to Hermosa soon to sample your excellent smoke flavor in your restaurant! People will drive an hour for the sweetest meat and you've got it.
